Having decided on a C4 Grand Picasso we visted Palmers to see what they could do. We were greeted by Neil who gave us the most professional buying experience. The service we recieved from Neil and also the aftersales team was impeccable. Neil was very patient when I emailed enquires and answered them within the day (very rare in this day and age). On the day we picked up our Picasso Neil showed us everything on the car. He was happy to go through things multiple times to make sure we completely understood. We would use Palmers again, mainly because of the service we recieved.
